Booking


Booking for the Future Sounds of Swing is easy as pie. Simply print off the booking form on the link below and fill it out with your details, level, hosting requirements, and whatnot, then send it, along with a cheque for the correct amount, to the address on the form.

Cheques should be made out to: A.C. Jones.
Don't forget to fill out hosting requirements / availability.
The Saturday evening party is included if you pay for the whole event.

If you are a member of University society, chat to your fearless leader as they may be organising a group to come along.

Booking closes on Monday 12th November.

However, we know of a few groups who may struggle to make that deadline by post, so please e-mail forms to thefuturesoundsofswing@yahoo.co.uk so we can get you on all the necessary lists.

Hard copies and payment can then be a little late. :)

The Postal Strike


We expect there to be some delays in receiving your applications and payment for the Future Sounds of Swing this year because of the postal strikes. If you would like to be hosted, or would just like to ensure a place, please send an electronic version of your booking form to thefuturesoundsofswing@yahoo.co.uk, as well as the hard copy in the post. That way we can log you in and get you on the hosting list early.

Note: the booking will not be official confirmed until we have the hard copy of your form, long with the cheque for payment for the camp.

Cancellation Policy


In the extremely unlikely event of the kind of disaster that would prevent you from attending the Future Sounds of Swing the following is our policy for cancellation. If you inform us that you will not be able to attend the camp before Friday 9th November, 2007, then we will send you a cheque refunding your camp fee, minus a £5 deposit. From the 9th of November all payment of the Future Sounds of Swing, November 2007, is non-refundable. The same applies to any cancellation of the event.
